She died at her own funeral

A Russian woman had a real hard luck because her loved ones mistook her for dead and were about to bury her. When she realized that she was about to be buried she screamed her heart out and fell unconscious again. This time when she was taken to the hospital, doctors informed that she was brought dead as she suffered a heart attack, which was probably due to the shock she got from seeing her funeral.
It is good to laugh but too much of it is fatal

Doctors prescribe laughter as a medicine to cure so many diseases, especially to cure stress and depression. They say if you laugh at your problems, they start looking small and a person gets encouragement to spend life easily. However, too much of laughing can be bad, as in the case of Alex Mitchell. He participated in a comedy show called “The Goodies” and laughed nonstop for good 25 minutes. This long laugh became a reason for his death, as he died of a heart attack.
Soup in the IV

Mistakes and blunders keep happening, some small and some as big as fatal. A nurse in Rio de Janeiro injected soup in a woman’s IV instead of her feeding tube. As soon as the soup was injected the patient started displaying signs like sticking out tongue, restlessness, breathlessness, and she passed away twelve hours later.
A suicidal woman brought him death
A 50-year-old man was walking with his wife in a street of Barcelona, just when a suicidal woman jumped off from window on eighth floor and landed on this man on the street. His wife got some minor injuries, he himself passed away in the hospital, and the suicidal woman died on the spot.
Death inside surprise cake
An Italian stripper was hired for a stag party wherein she was supposed to come out of a surprise cake. Everybody was waiting anxiously for the stripper to come out but she did not. After some time when the cake was checked, he was dead inside, and probably its suffocation that caused her death.
